Real Brains are different: The role of E-I and I-I networks
While many ideas exist on building artificial or in more modern terminology, “digital” brains — including neural networks, neurosymbolic systems, large-scale foundation models (LLMs) etc., some observations on principles of neuroscience could lead us to more solid outcomes — for modern medicine and psychology as well as the basis of more advanced software (AI) systems.
